On January 22, the EBA Dnipro took part in the meeting of the Regional State Administration’s Coordination Council on Business Development and Regional Council of Entrepreneurs to discuss the new bill “On Public Procurement”.<\/p>\n

New rules in the system of public procurement were prepared by the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine within the framework of the program of harmonization of the national legislation with the EU standards. Mainly among all innovations it is necessary to allocate the following:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • liquidation of tender committees,<\/li>\n
  • the introduction of bidding with limited participation;<\/li>\n
  • creation of a mechanism for the rejection of the proposal in the case of a damping price,<\/li>\n
  • improvement of the system of purchases appeals and increase of liability for violation of the legislation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    It is important to note that the meeting took place in a productive dialogue format, since all present representatives of the business community, public figures and civil servants had the opportunity to ask questions, express their comments and wishes to the bill. All of them will be considered by the experts of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine in order to improve the draft law and its further consideration in the Verkhovna Rada.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
