On Thursday, January 17, we practiced the Pilates on the EBA Odesa Hobby Club.<\/p>\n<p>Coaches, founders of the Pilates studio \u201cHratsiia\u201d told about this system of exercises, which also is called <strong>\u201ccontrology\u201d<\/strong>. It helps to restore natural posture of the body, increases the efficiency of internal organs, improves control over the body in as a whole, overcomes back and spine problems, teaches the correct breathing system, relieves stress, builds-up the muscles, develops body\u2019s flexibility and agility, corrects posture and increases stamina. Furthermore, Pilates fits to all, regardless of age and health condition!<\/p>\n<p>During the class participants worked out all the muscle groups &#8211; from the tips of the fingers to the toes, charged with positive emotions and received pleasant gifts from our partners.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; New working year begins actively and useful!
