Redcliffe\u2019s role in the transaction involved conducting legal due diligence of the Ukrainian target entities; advising on Ukrainian law matters relating to the share purchase transaction, including contributing to the preparation and execution of the transaction documentation; conducting post-signing confirmatory due diligence; and providing full legal support in relation to the pre-closing restructuring of the group companies.<\/p>\n
