There are many typologies of personality based on certain theoretical preconditions. Psychogeometry<\/strong> is another attempt to systematize infinite variety of personalities. The author of a practical system for analyzing individuals is Doctor of Psychology Susan Dillinger (USA). HR’s of 500 American companies consider psychogeometry as the most accurate and effective method of traditional testing of new candidates. And this typology is becoming more and more popular.<\/p>\n

On November 22, we analyzed the theme of Body Constitution<\/strong> at the EBA Odesa Personal & Corporate Efficiency Studio regular meeting. Larisa Kirilova<\/strong> and Sergey Matyushonok<\/strong> described in detail how with the help of this system to predict the behavior of the interlocutor to differentiate and manage the communication process, to develop behavioral scenarios for each form of personality in typical situations. They identified 3 types of people<\/strong>: asthenic, athletic, and picnic. The speakers described some peculiarities of their language and appearance, basic psychological characteristics of behavior, working and living environment, mechanism of decision-making, habits, preferences and admirations, manifestations in work and reactions in conflicts.<\/p>\n

Participants learned that regardless of the individual\u2019s development level, age, social status, nationality, such features as inertia, domination, caution, propensity to demonstrative behavior, etc., are in one way or another related to its appearance. Hence each type of figure has its own basic behavioral features. Thanks to the got knowledge we have learned to:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • determine the form and type of personality – both your own and the communication partner\u2019s one;<\/li>\n
  • give a description of personal qualities and characteristics of human behavior depending on the type of body constitution;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
