November 12, 2018, Kyiv. The other day, one of the capital’s most prestigious residential complexes, Fountain Boulevard, has opened its doors for the residents and guests to a two-level lounge area on the roof, which is placed on the 16th<\/sup> floor of the building. Stylish interior design created by a famous designer, Victoria Yakushi, sophisticated area for recreation, business meetings and family celebrations from the complex developer, City One Development, which offered advanced features to its customers without leaving the residential complex, is now available to the complex residents and guests.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The area was opened in the presentation format, where the results of the space arrangement were presented, and the future plans and opportunities for visitors were announced. Guests had a study tour, were treated with mulled wine, and the restaurant kitchen, conceptually designed as an Open Kitchen, turned into a real scene where the main actors have become the professional chefs, who cooked treats for the audience.<\/p>\n

The highlight of the presentation was the introduction of an outdoor terrace to the visitors. It is functionally developed for a barbecue during the warm season and gives a unique view of the historic Pechersk.<\/p>\n

The youngest visitors were also taken care of due to a well-thought territory for entertainment and fun holiday, which will work in conjunction with the other areas for adults.<\/p>\n

A multi-function space of the lounge area also provides a conference room, allowing to hold the business meetings at any level, providing advanced technical capabilities and privacy. The lounge area can be leased for any special occasion. One can choose the part corresponding to the intended event format, or lease all the rooms at once (open-space format).<\/p>\n
