On September 27, 2018 the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine cleared merger of Asters and EPAP Ukraine. This completed the departure of EPAP Ukraine from the law firm of Egorov, Puginsky, Afanasiev & Partners.<\/p>\n

The newly created firm named Asters Law Firm Attorneys’ Partnership was registered on October 1, 2018.<\/p>\n

Asters will be managed by a three partner Committee:\u00a0Oleksiy Didkovskiy<\/a>,\u00a0Serhii Sviriba<\/a>, and\u00a0Armen Khachaturyan<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The merger was completed and the two firms integrated in just 53 days. This was achieved because both firms share common values and there is a high degree of confidence in the success of the combined firm.<\/p>\n

The key focus in the course of this brief integration period was placed on ensuring the continuity of business for the benefit of our clients.<\/p>\n

The new firm will have offices in Kyiv and Washington, D.C. and will be Ukraine’s largest, with 26 partners and 140 lawyers.<\/p>\n
