And all because of the discussion on problematic employees \u2013 the issue is relevant and even \u2018painful\u2019 for many employers.\u00a0<strong>Kateryna Zaslavska<\/strong>, ILF Kyiv Office Director, and\u00a0<strong>Sergiy Silchenko<\/strong>, ILF Partner, gave the opportunity to participants to look at a problematic employee from different angles, in particular from HR and lawyer\u2019s point of view.
