Kyiv, August, 9, 2018<\/strong> – Asters and EPAP Ukraine will merge on October 1, 2018.<\/p>\n

The combined firm will have offices in Kyiv and Washington, D.C. and will be Ukraine’s\u00a0largest with 26 partners and more than 140 associates. The firm’s total headcount will\u00a0include\u00a0250 employees.<\/p>\n

Consolidation of\u00a0Asters and EPAP Ukraine combines the\u00a0professional experience\u00a0of the best\u00a0legal practitioners\u00a0and substantially enhances\u00a0capabilities\u00a0in\u00a0transactional and regulatory\u00a0areas,\u00a0as\u00a0well as in\u00a0dispute\u00a0resolution matters.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The firm will be managed by a committee of three partners: Oleksiy\u00a0Didkovskiy,\u00a0Serhii Sviriba, and Armen Khachaturyan.The new firm\u2019s name\u00a0will be announced\u00a0separately in due course.\u00a0The merger\u00a0will be completed\u00a0upon receipt of\u00a0the\u00a0necessary\u00a0regulatory approvals.<\/p>\n
