Kyiv, Ukraine, 3 July 2018\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 The Kyiv office of Baker\u00a0McKenzie is pleased to announce that Counsel\u00a0Olha Demianiuk\u00a0<\/strong>has been promoted to Partner. This promotion has brought the total number of Baker\u00a0McKenzie partners in Kyiv to 10.<\/p>\n Olha has been appointed as a\u00a0partner of the Corporate M&A Practice Group. In her new capacity, Olha will continue to lead the Healthcare Industry Group at Baker McKenzie\u2019s Kyiv office.<\/p>\n Olha joined the Firm in 2005. She advises both multinational and large Ukrainian companies in a range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, investments, international restructurings, spin-offs, and general corporate and governance matters.<\/p>\n As regards healthcare industry specialization, Olha has worked on almost every major healthcare transaction in Ukraine. She advises clients from the healthcare sector on transactional, regulatory, compliance and commercial matters, among others, including acquisition of healthcare product portfolios, distribution, manufacturing and supply agreements, pricing and reimbursement procedures.<\/p>\n Olha Demianiuk was ranked as a \u2018Rising Star\u2019 in M&A, with a particular focus on healthcare, pharmaceuticals and life sciences industry sectors by the 2018 edition of the IFLR1000 for Ukraine.
