\"\"According to the results of the Board meeting of Ukrainian Advocates\u2019 Association, Tetyana Ivanovych<\/strong>, Attorney, Counsel at ADER HABER, has been elected Head of the UAA Committee of Labor Law<\/p>\n

Tetyana has over 10 years of successful track record in advising a range of international and domestic clients on various aspects of labour and employment law, including elaboration and negotiation of employment contracts and service agreements, remuneration and bonuses systems establishment, issues on secondment, outsourcing and outstaffing, termination of employment, redundancy procedures, foreign workers employment etc.<\/p>\n

Achievements of Labour and Employment Practice under the guidance of Tetyana Ivanovych have been highly commended by the following rankings: \u201cUkrainian Law Firms. A Handbook for Foreign Clients\u201d, \u201c50 leading law firms of Ukraine\u201d, \u201cMarket Leaders. Ranking of Ukrainian Law Companies\u201d, while our company was named \u201cThe Best Law Firm of the Year in the field of labor law\u201d, according to the Legal Awards 2017.<\/p>\n

Since 2009 Tetyana Ivanovych is a permanent member of the working group of the Committee on Social Policy, Employment and Pensions of the Verkhovna Rada on the development of the Labor Code of Ukraine. In 2012 \u2013 2014 Tetyana was a Board Member of HR Committee of European Business Association.<\/p>\n
