The \u201cCompliance\u201d is increasingly used in Ukrainian society. Nevertheless, what is compliance? This is definitely something more than just compliance with the requirements of the law. Development Programme on Compliance helped the participants to understand how to act honestly and make the right decisions every day, prevent and detect violations of rules, save the company from fines and lawsuits and generally contribute to the company\u2019s prosperity and stability. The participants of the programme got acquainted with international practices in the methodology of building a compliance system, internal control and risk management systems, and recognized the prominent feature of compliance, which is to comply with business rules based on honest attitude towards employees, clients and business partners.<\/p>\n
