{"id":769871,"date":"2018-03-27T11:00:12","date_gmt":"2018-03-27T08:00:12","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2018-04-05T15:30:31","modified_gmt":"2018-04-05T12:30:31","slug":"do-dostupnyh-likiv-budut-dodani-likarski-zasoby-shho-vykorystovuyutsya-pid-chas-transplantatsiyi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.eba.com.ua\/en\/do-dostupnyh-likiv-budut-dodani-likarski-zasoby-shho-vykorystovuyutsya-pid-chas-transplantatsiyi\/","title":{"rendered":"Medicinal Products Used at Transplantation Will Be Included in the Affordable Medicines Program"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1107 as of December 27<\/span><span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">th<\/span><span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">, 2017, which extended the reimbursement program \u201cAffordable Medicines\u201d,\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">has been recently published<\/span><span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">.<\/span>\u00a0The resolution enters into force on July 1<span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">st<\/span><span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">, 2018.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">Affordable Medicines program provides\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">for free<\/span>\u00a0or partially free medicines for patients for treatment of certain diseases. A patient may get a medicine based on doctor\u2019s prescription in any pharmacy which has concluded an agreement with a budget fund management and which has\u00a0<span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">joined the program in the manner<\/span>\u00a0prescribed by law.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">Now Affordable Medicines covers cardiovascular diseases, diabetes of type II and bronchial asthma<\/span>\u00a0since these diseases cause most deaths, significantly lower patients\u2019 life quality and\u00a0<span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">are effectively cured<\/span>\u00a0in outpatient manner. The list of diseases and medicines subject to reimbursement\u00a0<span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">is provided<\/span>\u00a0in Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers \u201cOn Introducing Reimbursement of Medicinal Products Cost\u201d No. 863 as of November 9<span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">th<\/span><span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">, 2016. It\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">should be noted<\/span>\u00a0that last time two new medicines for treatment of cardiovascular diseases and diabetes of type II were included in the Affordable Medicines by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 1080 as of December 27<span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">th<\/span><span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">, 2017.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">In order to improve access for the specific patient category to the necessary treatment, new resolution No. 1107 supplements the list with international non-patented names used in pre-surgery and post-surgery periods at transplantation, such as:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">azathioprine<\/span><span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">ciclosporin<\/span><span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">tacrolimus<\/span><span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">mycophenolic<\/span>\u00a0acid<span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">The abovementioned resolution amends a number of acts governing application of\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">the\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">Affordable Medicines, namely, Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers \u201cOn Introducing Reimbursement of Medicinal Products Cost\u201d No. 863 as of November 9<\/span><span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">th<\/span><span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">, 2016,\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">\u201cOn State Price Regulation on Medicinal Products\u201d No. 862 as of\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">November 9<\/span><span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">th<\/span><span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">, 2016<\/span><span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">; \u201cOn Ensuring Affordability of Medicinal Product\u201d No. 152 as of March 17<\/span><span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">th<\/span><span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">, 2017; \u201cOn Measures to Stabilize Prices on Medicinal Products and Medical Devices\u201d No. 955 as of October 17<\/span><span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">th<\/span><span class=\"qowt-font4-Arial\">.<\/span>\u00a02008.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1107 as of December 27th, 2017, which extended the reimbursement program \u201cAffordable Medicines\u201d,\u00a0has been recently published.\u00a0The resolution enters into force on July 1st, 2018.
