{"id":769862,"date":"2018-04-04T14:56:54","date_gmt":"2018-04-04T11:56:54","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2018-04-04T14:56:54","modified_gmt":"2018-04-04T11:56:54","slug":"sayenko-kharenko-predstavyla-interesy-kompanij-group-df-u-promizhnomu-pereglyadi-antydempingovyh-zahodiv-shhodo-importu-v-ukrayinu-nitratu-amoniyu-pohodzhennyam-z-rosiyi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/new.eba.com.ua\/en\/sayenko-kharenko-predstavyla-interesy-kompanij-group-df-u-promizhnomu-pereglyadi-antydempingovyh-zahodiv-shhodo-importu-v-ukrayinu-nitratu-amoniyu-pohodzhennyam-z-rosiyi\/","title":{"rendered":"Sayenko Kharenko has represented the interests of Group DF in an interim review of anti-dumping measures applied to imports into Ukraine of nitrate ammonium originating in the Russian Federation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sayenko Kharenko\u2019s international trade team has represented the interests of the DF Group companies including JSC \u201cAzot\u201d, PJSC \u201cSeverodonetsk Azot Association\u201d, PJSC \u201cRovnoazot\u201d and PJSC \u201cConcern Stirol\u201d (<strong>Group DF<\/strong>) in an interim review of anti-dumping measures applied to imports into Ukraine of nitrate ammonium originating in the Russian Federation.<\/p>\n<p>Sayenko Kharenko\u2019s scope of work included: drafting application on initiation of review; drafting comments on different issues (concerning the answers of Russian producers to questionnaires, materials of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine on the results of the review, etc.); preparing answers to questionnaires and additional questionnaires; participation in hearings and drafting post-hearings submissions, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Following an anti-dumping investigation, the description of the goods subject to anti-dumping measures was refined in order to prevent further circumvention of the existing anti-dumping measures on nitrate ammonium by supplying new modifications of nitrate ammonium with a total mass fraction of nitrate and ammonium nitrogen in terms of nitrogen in dry matter of 28\u00a0per cent and above.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, the size of the current anti-dumping measures increased based on the results of the interim review, namely for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>PJSC \u201cDorogobuzh\u201d up to 29.25\u00a0per cent;<\/li>\n<li>other exporters and the Russian Federation in general up to 42.96\u00a0per cent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Following a preliminary interim review, the following anti-dumping measures were applied to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>exporter PJSC\u00a0 \u201cDorogobuzh\u201d \u2013 20.51\u00a0per cent;<\/li>\n<li>exporter JSC \u201cMCC EuroChem\u201d \u2013 36.03\u00a0per cent;<\/li>\n<li>other exporters and the Russian Federation in general \u2013 36.03\u00a0per cent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sayenko Kharenko\u2019s team included associates Ivan Baranenko and Victoriia Mykuliak and was led by partner <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sk.ua\/people\/anzhela-makhinova\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Anzhela Makhinova<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sayenko Kharenko\u2019s international trade team has represented the interests of the DF Group companies including JSC \u201cAzot\u201d, PJSC \u201cSeverodonetsk Azot Association\u201d, PJSC \u201cRovnoazot\u201d and PJSC \u201cConcern Stirol\u201d (Group DF) in an interim review of anti-dumping measures applied to imports into Ukraine of nitrate ammonium originating in the Russian Federation.
