Last Saturday, March 31st, we successfully launched the new season of PMD Pre-MBA with a great group of participants willing to change themselves, change their companies, change Ukraine and the world!<\/p>\n

At the first module “HR Management & Organisational Behaviour” Dr. Leslie T. Szamosi, MBA Academic Doctor, CITY College, International Faculty of the University (UK), a Founder and Co-Director of the Laboratory for Strategic People Management, a member of the International Faculty of the Association of MBAs (AMBA) and a regular evaluator and assessor of European Union funded projects, outlined a number of different key issues that can energize and motivate our people to be their best and do their best.<\/p>\n

Every organization says that its most important resource is its people! Yet, how we manage these resources, what makes them effective and what they are looking for is very often misunderstood. What experience has taught us is that creating a motivated workforce goes well beyond simple payment of wages. And, today, this is being even more complicated by the Millennials (Generation Y) joining our companies.<\/p>\n
