In fact, pshycologists elucidate that about 80% of communication is carried out non-verbal and only 20% of information is transmited by words. One of the methods for analizing behaviour of other people and discovering ourself is profiling.<\/p>\n<p>In view of this, the regular meeting of EBA Odesa Personal &amp; Corporate Efficiency Studio was dedicated to the topic: &#8220;Profiling: time to understand yourself and others.&#8221; Speakers Larisa Kyrylova and Serhii Matiushonok described this technique in detail and presented several tools for a better understanding a person, its character, motives of behavior. Participants learned how to compose a psychological profile and use this information in sales, negotiations, personal areas, how to interpret nonverbal signals of unconscious conduct and to distinguish types of inaccurate information.
