Within EBA Expert Talk in Kharkiv (July, 17 2018), Attorney<strong> Sergii Glotov<\/strong> talked, particularly, about the \u2018classical coordinate system\u2019 in intellectual property law, copyright as a form of agreement in society, and also explained how to register trademarks correctly, protect know-how, dispose of the right to creative activity results etc., in the context of real cases.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Property right institute is a standard that, firstly, allows the society to develop and, secondly, is an incentive for the authors to choose their own way by vocation,\u2019 the speaker emphasized.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting was held in an interesting and active discussion, so each participant had a chance to share their positive or negative experience and got answers to their questions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>We are grateful to the expert for his valuable recommendations!
