He has substantial expertise advising clients on various matters in large-scale infrastructure projects and representing clients in arbitration proceedings of various arbitral institutions. Volodymyr has significant experience representing client interests in cross-border debt recovery proceedings, including obtaining Worldwide Freezing Orders at the High Court of Justice in London and enforcement of foreign court judgments and arbitral awards in Ukraine and abroad.<\/p>\n<p>In his new position Volodymyr will continue to focus on two areas at Sayenko Kharenko: international litigation and arbitration matters, as well as leading infrastructure industry group within the firm.<\/p>\n<p>He is recognized among Ukraine\u2019s leading lawyers in arbitration and mediation by Best Lawyers International 2019 and is recommended among the world\u2019s leading litigation lawyers by Who\u2019s Who Legal Litigation: Lawyers 2017. Volodymyr is also a member of the Board of the Ukrainian Arbitration Association and the Transport Law Committee of the Ukrainian Bar Association.
