EBA Odesa Personal and Corporate Efficiency Studio 25.10.17 was dedicated to a topic &#8220;A team from I to WE. System approach to team building&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>The speaker was Ivan Goliakov, Experience Designer, who studies physiological safety in teams, carries out workshops on design thinking and team dynamics, is a teacher of the Advertising and Design School &#8220;Baggage&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>We saw a non-standard look at a team work through the prism of the military psychologists of the Swedish Defense Ministry.
