With some people it comes out, but with some it&#8217;s not that constructive dialogue, but also in principle, communication is impossible. And there would be nothing if it was not necessary to speak with him for professional, family or personal reasons. At the next meeting of the Association&#8217;s personal and corporate effectiveness studios in Odessa, we talked about how to be when traditional communication methods are impossible and how to construct a constructive conversation.<\/p>\n<p>Speakers Alexander Kaigorodov, President of the Carpe Diem Debate Club and Pavlo Bogachenko, co-founder of &#8220;Debate for changes&#8221; NGOs explained what the reason for the intolerable behavior of the interlocutors was, whether to respond to natural reactions and how to be in situations where we behave irrationally. The participants learned how to construct a constructive conversation and be the winner in this situation, about possible behavior techniques, in particular the cycle of prudence.
