The activities of private companies regularly raise issues that can be successfully solved with the help of state and other structures. At the fourth lesson of the EBA Odesa Legal School, we talked about the legal niceties of business protection.<\/p>\n

Speaker Andriy Seliutin – Head of the School, Chairman of the EBA Odesa Legal Committee, Partner and Head of the Southern Ukrainian Branch of Arzinger, spoke about ways to use the judicial system to solve business problems in accordance with the recently adopted changes in the Procedural Law. Mr. Selyutin said that it was not enough to win the case in Court, and for the restoration of violated rights and the conversion of paper into money it was necessary to go through the stage of enforcement proceedings. Participants learned about the benefits of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, the National Police, the Embassies, Consulates and the Business Ombudsman for Business.
