On October 11, EBA Southern Ukrainian Office Business Breakfast was held together with Accountor Kyiv. The topic was Import and export services: Life hacks from lawyers and accountants.<\/p>\n

Executive Director and Moderator Nadiya Kuziv greeted participants and drew attention to the relevance of the topic for CEOs, financial directors, chief accountants and corporate lawyers.<\/p>\n

Svitlana Sviridenko, Head of the Legal Department, spoke about the important conditions of import contracts leading to litigation, and shared her own experience of contracting.<\/p>\n

Marina Slobodianiuk, Senior Associate, outlined the main currency risks faced by Ukrainian companies in importing and further selling goods, and shared the secrets of avoiding them.<\/p>\n
