On July 19, 2016 the EBA Southern Ukrainian Office members took part in the business breakfast on the topic \u201cIn One Step From the Law On Deoffshorization\u201d and discussion on important aspects of doing business due to changes in accounting of previously derived from Ukraine funds. Leading lawyers of GOLAW company Maxim Lebedev and Irina Kalnitska became the meeting experts.<\/p>\n

Speakers described the current state of the legislation on deoffshorization in Ukraine, noticed that 4th Anti-Money Laundering Directive (AMLD) and Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters will assist in elimination of the existing structures of the assets owners concealment. Participants also learned about the situation with the BEPS (Base Erosion and Profit Shifting) implementation in world; the global tendencies for the information on finial beneficiaries\u2019 disclosure and new Standard for Automatic Exchange of Financial Account Information; \u201czero\u201d declaring of the personal income, property and financial position.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
