It was dedicated to sales without aggression.<\/p>\n<p>The speaker of the project, Olga Antonova, reveal insights into the effective use of such tools for sales promotion as a &#8220;sales book&#8221;, staff audit and their system evaluation. Ms. Olga emphasized the importance of a faithfully constructed dialogue, in which the client should speak more than a sales manager.
