This situation may have negative effect on Ukraine\u2019s reputation in the world.<\/p>\n<p>Business is waiting for the approval by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.consumer.gov.ua\/Pictures\/Files\/Editor\/document\/%D0%BF%D1%80%D0%BE%D0%B5%D0%BA%D1%82%D0%B8%20%D0%B4%D0%BB%D1%8F%20%D0%BE%D0%B1%D0%B3%D0%BE%D0%B2%D0%BE%D1%80%D0%B5%D0%BD%D0%BD%D1%8F\/2807%20%D0%93%D0%9C%D0%9E\/%D0%9D%D0%90%D0%9A%D0%90%D0%97.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Draft Order of Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine<\/a> which has to regulate process of state registration of veterinary medicine with genetically modified organisms. Without this Order there is a danger of a significant exacerbation of epizootic situation in the country, since such preparations are mandatory in the course of animals vaccination.<\/p>\n<p>This Order requires a list of documents which must be submitted for veterinary medicines state registration. The corresponding application for registration, in particular, shall be accompanied by a copy of the conclusion of the state veterinary and sanitary examination of feeds, feed supplements and veterinary medicines concerning containing genetically modified organisms. Since the examination procedure has not been approved at this time, the state registration of such drugs is not carried out.<\/p>\n<p>EBA Animal Health Committee member-companies express considerable concern regarding the situation with the state registration\/re-registration of veterinary medicines.
