Participants find out about the current state of the labor market and the trends of its further development, in particular the level of unemployment compose 9,5% and among the youth 22,4%; 63% of recent graduates work in one\u2019s specialization. \u00a0According to official data as of 2016, the quantity of employers, that cooperate with the Regional Employment Centre increased to 7000, 33000 of vacancies were provided and 23000 were filled. Speakers told about mechanisms of recruitment and existing levers of influence over candidates who evade offered jobs, opportunities to work with staff on vocational training, retraining and advanced training. For now the Center offers over 10000 candidates for employment. <\/span><\/p>\n

Discussion continued with an interesting tour over educational and production workshops, classrooms and laboratories, equipped with modern machines, digital program management and e-learning tools. It is possible to obtain any desired profession of 28-licensed here.
