Requirements:

• 3 years of B2B sales experience or a proven track record in active outbound (services/SaaS/consulting is a plus)
• strong cold outreach skills (LinkedIn, email, calls)
• strong presentation skills and the ability to run demos independently
• self-starter, structured, and results-oriented
• fluent in Ukrainian and English.

 

Responsibiities:

• Active sourcing and acquisition of new clients: LinkedIn/email/calls/events
• conducting discovery calls, short demos, and presentations
• managing the full sales cycle: from first contact and offer to contract signing
• gathering market feedback to refine messaging
• regularly updating the CRM and reporting on KPIs
