Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position would be a significant advantage.
• Practical experience in active telephone sales is considered a significant plus.
• Skills in negotiating and establishing long-term partnerships with clients. 
• Creative approach, initiative, and ability to make decisions independently.
• Confident use of MS Office and experience working with CRM systems.
• Strong communication skills, ability to present products and persuade.
• Ability to work in a team and achieve set goals.

Responsibiities:

• Making calls, working through the database, updating/verifying contacts.
• Negotiating terms of agreement with the client.
• Preparing and submitting a commercial proposal to the client.
• Processing the package of documents provided by the client and signing the contract.
• Working with objections (if any). 
• Entering all necessary data into the client's card in the CRM.
• Ensuring a high level of customer service.
