Requirements:

• higher education in the field of finance, accounting, auditing;
• work experience in the banking sector from 3 years;
• mastery of work in the internal audit department;
• knowledge of Ukrainian legislation, accounting, finance, economic analysis;
• knowledge of audit methodology;
• good knowledge of banking processes;
• skills in analyzing cause-and-effect relationships and the ability to draw conclusions

Responsibiities:

• conduct audits of the activities of the bank and its branches (CB/retail);
• identify violations and deficiencies in banking processes, corporate governance, internal control and risk management system;
• provide recommendations for eliminating identified violations;
• develop and monitor the implementation of plans to eliminate deficiencies;
• prepare audit conclusions and recommendations in Ukrainian based on the results of the audits.
