Each participant takes turns taking a “hot seat” and everyone works with this request according to a clear coaching format.

Three rounds → deep questions → feedback → commitment to action → buddy support.

Group brainstorming:

Brainstorming, exchange of experiences, recommendations and professional support from like-minded people and a moderator.

A group that listens, asks questions and shares solutions.

Neuroexplanation:

At each meeting — a short excursion on how the brain works in the process of change, learning and communication.

Coaching + neuroscience in practice:

-how thinking, language and brain interact

-how to create new internal strategies through conversation
