EVP: how to find and form an employer promise — October 23  EVP: Creating an Employer Value Proposition that Works.  Value, culture, benefits: How to put together a cohesive proposition.  Testing your EVP for reality and appeal.  Module 3. Communications strategy: target audiences, tone of voice and interaction channels  — October 28  How to segment audiences and adapt messages.  Own and external platforms: social networks, job boards, career page.  How to build a tone of voice that reflects values.  Module 4. External activities: events, partnerships, integrations — October 30  External presence: events, partnerships and creative integrations.  How to integrate into existing events.  Organizing your own events: principles and rules.  Module 5. Working with the media: how to make your employer brand visible — November 2  How to work with journalists and the media.  Is it possible to “cover” a story for free.  Covering corporate social responsibility (CSR) projects.  Module 6. Internal communications: from recruitment to employee experience — November 4  How to Adapt EVP in Recruitment.  Communicating with Employees to Become Ambassadors.  How to Convey Values Through Employees’ Daily Experiences.  Module 7. Metrics: what and how to measure — November 11  How to measure brand awareness and attitude.  What metrics are important for business.  How to lobby EB activities for stakeholders.  Module 8. Practice: your strategy + feedback — November 13  Analysis of participants plans.  Discussion of practical cases.  Individual feedback and advice.  After successfully completing the course, participants will receive a certificate of completion of the Online Development Program. Speakers.
