International Online-Lecture: Trust as an Integrated Part of Organisational Behaviour

As the use of digital communication tools are taking over the face-to-face human contact, not only are people sometimes taking advantage of hiding behind the screen, we are also receiving less of the human impulses that makes it possible to answer the question, “Do I trust this person?”

Trust is built over time, a scarce commodity in today’s fast-moving digital world, but at the same time, trust is the invisible glue that will make a person go the extra mile for another person so what to do about this conundrum? How to build trust in an online world? What behaviour will work with you and what will work against you?

Speaker: Karen-Marie Kragelund, MBA – change catalyst and organisational bridge builder. Living in Ukraine since 2007 and originally from Denmark, KM brings 25 years of experience, working with Eastern Europe, of which 10 years at C-level in major IT companies in Ukraine. She is an expert in organisational transformation initiatives, specialising in leadership development programmes, communication & stakeholder engagement strategies, and cross-functional operational excellence processes.

Target audience: senior and middle management of multinational companies, corporations and start-ups, different industries. People interested in how to influence organisational and individual behaviour in order to deliver impactful transformation initiatives.
