Lead of the EBA’s Unlimit Ukraine Project joins the jury of the “Women in Business” competition by UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group

Olena Ero, Lead of the Unlimit Ukraine Project at the European Business Association, joined the jury of the “Women in Business” grant competition organised by UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group. The competition is aimed at supporting women entrepreneurs who contribute to the development of their communities and strengthen Ukraine’s economy. On 12 December, the EBA representative also took part in the award ceremony and a panel discussion dedicated to key trends in the development of women’s entrepreneurship. The discussion focused on the future of Ukrainian business, promising niches for growth, and the transformation of market needs in the coming years. The expert jury, with the participation of Olena Ero, reviewed more than 200 applications. As a result of the selection process, 10 finalists of the competition were identified. The European Business Association thanks UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group for the opportunity to take part in the initiative. Supporting women’s entrepreneurship is an important component of sustainable economic development and strengthening community resilience.
