Fifth event for SMEs in Zhytomyr within the EBA and UKRSIBBANK educational project

On 1 October in Zhytomyr, the European Business Association, in partnership with UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group, held the fifth educational event in the series “Sustainable Business Development in Times of Uncertainty”. The event was aimed at representatives of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises continuing to operate in frontline areas despite ongoing war risks. The programme included two key sessions: “Business Advice” and “Business Digitalisation”. Anastasiia Hlushchenko, CEO and founder of the strategic marketing agency Stasy Passion, business trainer, and expert in sustainable business development and investment preparation, shared insights on organising business processes, developing effective growth strategies, and defining key performance indicators (KPI, OKR) for 2025. Anastasiia is also the founder of the NGO “World of the Unbroken”, and the initiator and coordinator of reintegration projects for those affected by the war. She has 13 years of experience in developing business transformation concepts and strategies, building B2B sales, establishing systemic business processes, and implementing KPI/OKR models. Liliia Melnychenko, digital marketing strategist with 12 years of experience, explained how to effectively use digital marketing to grow a business, adapt successful competitor mechanisms, and present key products, services, and offerings profitably. Liliia is the founder of the online agency MECO and has supported over 65 business digital transformation projects, including startups targeting the US, Canadian, and European markets. Her clients include Nova Poshta, Foxtrot, Epicentr, ABM Cloud, and Vorwarts Pharma. One of her most notable cases involved increasing online sales of a homeopathic pharmacy 34-fold within two years. Liliia specialises in integrating digital marketing into business strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and scaling businesses through analytics and a systematic approach.
