Business appreciates the updated functionality of the military reservation service in Diia

The European Business Association sincerely thanks the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, and all involved experts for improving the functionality of the military reservation service on the Diia portal. The updated system, made available on 22 May 2025, ensures accurate accounting of employees called up for military service, in line with the new regulatory requirements. As a reminder, on 28 February 2025, the Government of Ukraine adopted Resolution No. 233, which introduced amendments to the Reservation Procedure. According to the updated rules, companies must now include employees mobilised after 18 May 2024 in the total count of reservists. Thanks to the recent technical upgrade, businesses now have a tool for accurate quota calculation. This will help companies better plan operations, maintain continuity in production processes, and submit reservation applications in a timely manner. The European Business Association values the consistent efforts of public authorities to develop electronic services, including the implementation of the Reserve+ system and other digital tools for automating military registration. Such solutions not only enhance transparency and convenience of procedures but also support workforce stability at enterprises critical to Ukraine’s economy. The business community looks forward to the continued development of digital services and an open dialogue between government and business to strengthen Ukraine’s economic resilience.
