The EBA joined the meeting of the working group of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Economic Development

On October 10, Yurii Andriiv, the Committee Manager of the European Business Association, together with Bohdan Tsupryk, the Head of the Woodworking and Furniture Committee, and company representatives, participated in the working group meeting of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Economic Development to refine the draft law On the Timber Market. The draft law aims to establish the legal, economic, and organizational principles for the functioning of the timber market. Thus, the committee experts presented their proposals for refining the necessary provisions. The business community would appreciate the consideration of their proposals for the On the Timber Market draft law, as this would help improve state policy in the sector and, consequently, the investment attractiveness of the woodworking and furniture industries.
