Arzinger was consulted to successfully complete management buyout of the Ukrainian Hubert Burda Media business holding more than 45 brands, including Marie Claire, Playboy, Lisa, Burda Style. Despite the fact that a major international investor has left Ukraine, we understand that this is a logical continuation of the long-term fruitful cooperation between a foreign media holding and the Ukrainian management.
