Meeting of the Regional Platform “Government–Business Dialogue”

Recently, Maryana Lutsyshyn, Head of the Western Ukrainian Office of the European Business Association, took part in a meeting of the regional platform “Government–Business Dialogue”, which was held at the Office of Tax Consultants under the Main Department of the State Tax Service in the Lviv Region. The meeting was attended by: Oleksandr Kulepin, Deputy Head of the Lviv Regional State Administration for Digital Development; Mykola Nykytiuk, Head of the Main Department of the State Tax Service in the Lviv Region; Roman Matsa, Head of the Office of Tax Consultants; representatives of the business community and public institutions of the Lviv region. During the meeting, participants discussed the launch of a new service of the State Tax Service, which has been providing tax consultations by specialists of the Lviv Tax Office since September 8. In September alone, nearly 300 consultations were provided, mainly on tax rebates, debt repayment, and property taxes. The discussion also covered: the importance of high-quality and clear advisory support for businesses; the need to promote the activities of the Office of Tax Consultants; collecting feedback and proposals to improve the effectiveness of the service. For businesses and associations in the region, this dialogue helps to better understand how tax institutions operate while also providing an opportunity to communicate entrepreneurs’ needs.
