OTP BANK and the Serhiy Prytula Charity Foundation raise over UAH 1.8 million at a charity online auction

Listen to online Stop   More than UAH 1.85 million was raised during the unique charity online auction “Free Sky at 34”, which took place in the OTP Bank UA mobile application. The funds will be allocated to strengthening Ukraine’s defense capabilities. The auction was jointly organized by OTP BANK JSC and the Serhiy Prytula Charity Foundation and was dedicated to the 34th anniversary of Ukraine’s Independence. Participants were offered exclusive lots, including a bottle of Artemivske sparkling wine from Bakhmut, a day with the team of the Serhiy Prytula Charity Foundation, an armored vehicle test drive, a bleeding control training session, and more. All OTP BANK clients had the opportunity to take part in the charity auction via the OTP Bank UA mobile app. At the same time, there were additional ways to support the “Free Sky at 34” initiative. Clients could launch their own fundraising campaigns using the “Kupa” feature or make direct transfers. The primary goal of all activities was to support the Foundation’s “Clear Sky” project aimed at enhancing the country’s defense capacity. In total, 5,898 clients joined the auction and related fundraising initiatives. It is worth noting that OTP BANK has been holding charity auctions in the OTP Bank UA mobile application for the second consecutive year. In 2023, two auctions were held to mark Independence Day and Christmas, raising a total of UAH 8.8 million, which was directed to support the Superhumans Center. In December 2024, OTP Bank employees raised UAH 1 million at an internal charity auction to purchase an incubator for the Kharkiv Regional Perinatal Center.
