The Composition and Leadership of the Public Council of Entrepreneurs under the Odesa Regional Military Administration Have Been Formed

The Regional Entrepreneurs’ Council under the Odesa Regional Military Administration has been established! On November 5, 2025, the founding meeting of the Entrepreneurs’ Public Council under the Odesa Regional Military Administration was held. During the meeting, the composition of the Council was approved and its leadership elected. Among the newly appointed members is Kateryna Morozova, Head of the Southern Ukrainian Office of the European Business Association, who was elected First Deputy Chair of the Council. The leadership of the Entrepreneurs’ Public Council is as follows: ➡️ Chair — Anatolii Zaichenko, Organization of Employers “Odesa Regional Sectoral Organization of the Chemical and Petrochemical Industry” ➡️ First Deputy Chair — Kateryna Morozova, Southern Ukrainian Office of the European Business Association ➡️ Second Deputy Chair — Borys Emeldesh, All-Ukrainian Professional Association of Entrepreneurs ➡️ Secretary — Oksana Moskalenko, Odesa Regional Organization of Employers The Entrepreneurs’ Public Council was established to consolidate the regional business community, strengthen effective dialogue between entrepreneurs and government authorities, and jointly address key economic and regulatory challenges. We congratulate the newly elected leadership and all Council members on the successful launch of their work!
