How to Add Information to the National Database of Energy and Operational Characteristics of Buildings: Free Online Course

  The educational online platform Zrozumilo! has launched a new course titled “Video Guide to Working with the Building Data Database”, which explains how to properly use this tool. The National Database of Energy and Operational Characteristics of Buildings (short name — Building Data Database) is a digital tool within the Unified State Electronic System in the field of construction. It enables the collection of up-to-date information on the condition of buildings in Ukraine, identification of buildings with the highest energy consumption, and effective implementation of national energy efficiency policies. This course is presented in the format of a video guide and teaches users how to work with the Building Data Database in accordance with current legislation. Throughout the course, participants will learn how to enter data step by step, fill out and sign documents. To make learning convenient, the course materials are divided into short lectures lasting a few minutes. This allows users to quickly find the needed information without watching the entire guide from the beginning. However, it is recommended to watch the full guide at least once to gain a comprehensive understanding of the process. Who is this course for? Primarily, it is intended for representatives of government authorities and their subordinate enterprises, institutions, and organizations, who, according to paragraph 4 of Cabinet Resolution No. 1254, are required to be the first to enter information about their buildings. At the same time, the guide will be useful for all users of the Building Data Database.
