INTEGRITES Assisted Family of Fallen Ukrainian Soldier in Securing UAH 15 Million In State Compensation

INTEGRITES has successfully advised the family of a soldier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, killed in action, on obtaining UAH 15 million of the one-time state compensation. The firm was approached by the wife of a fallen serviceman, killed during a combat mission in Donbas in September 2024. His family, including herself, their three sons, and his mother, was entitled to receive one-time state aid and chose to apply for it. INTEGRITES supported the clients at all stages of the application process. The Military Law practice team assessed the legal grounds for obtaining the compensation, assisted in collecting and preparing the necessary documents, completed the application form, and provided comprehensive guidance on its submission. Just a few months after the application was submitted, the family was successfully approved for the state compensation.
