02/ 09/ 2025
East Europe Foundation has been recognized in the TOP 100+ Public Transparent Charitable Organizations of Ukraine” rating – an annual review conducted by Association of Charities of Ukraine. This initiative highlights the accountability and effectiveness of organizations engaged in charitable work. “Transparency, efficiency, and trust are the pillars of the Foundation’s operations. These principles guide our project implementation and shape our interactions with partners, donors, and grantors,” Vira Nedzvedska, Vice President for Strategic Partnerships, says. The rating is based on publicly available data concerning organizational income, including donations, grants, humanitarian aid, and other resources mobilized for charitable programs. A dedicated methodology is used to evaluate these indicators. In 2024, the combined income of all rated organizations surpassed UAH 58 billion – an increase of 21% compared to 2023. This growth underscores the resilience, expansion, and continued impact of charitable organizations in supporting both the state and Ukrainian citizens amid ongoing challenges.  “Our team’s dedicated efforts, the expertise of each professional, and the unwavering support of our partners and donors have made this achievement possible. Being included in the rating is not only a privilege – it’s a powerful affirmation that our values are sustainable,” the Vice President added.
