🌍 Crowd Ukraine Invest AG — German stock corporation for rebuilding Ukraine

02/ 09/ 2025
We are proud to be the first German stock corporation that has officially enshrined in its statutes the mission of rebuilding and developing Ukraine.  Our specialization — impact investments with tangible social and economic effect.  ✅ Our investments are registered with PwC under the German Government guarantees against war and political risks.  ✅ Our goal is to mobilize 100+ million euros of private European capital to build a network of 20+ innovative co-living and co-working spaces across Western Ukraine.  ✅ We want to create for talented youth the same conditions for living and working as they have in Barcelona, Paris, or Berlin — with a modern innovation ecosystem and a strong connection to a network of startups, entrepreneurs, and creative communities shaping Ukraine’s new economy.  🚀 What has already been done:  Crowd Ukraine Invest AG participated in one of the largest FinTech Startup Accelerators by TechQuartier in Frankfurt am Main.  In partnership with Conda Capital Market, we are launching online share sales in accordance with EU Directive 2020/1503 ECSP.  During the Ukraine Recovery Conference in Rome, we signed a memorandum with UkraineInvest including an investment plan for €100 million.  We have started dialogue with municipalities of Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Kyiv.  During a working visit to Ukraine in August, we met with the Agency for the Restoration of Ukraine. The next step is a Roundtable with municipalities in autumn, focused on allocating land plots for the construction of the first hubs.  We believe that rebuilding Ukraine is a historic opportunity for all of Europe to create a new ecosystem of opportunities.  👉 Join us on LinkedIn to follow our updates.  👉 Be part of rebuilding Ukraine with us.  👉 Become a member of our investment community.
