At the Age of AI event hosted by Creatio and attended by CEO Katherine Kostereva, OTP Bank JSC was honoured with the Delivery Excellence award. “This award is a testament to the strong collaboration, synergy between our teams, and the high quality of our joint initiatives with Creatio,” noted Liliya Lazepko, Member of the Management Board of OTP BANK, who leads Operations and IT, during the event. During Age of AI, she shared insights into the successful implementation of the Creatio platform at the Bank. “Our partnership with Creatio has a long and successful history. We use the platform to automate business processes and CRM across various areas — from sales and customer service to internal operations and document management,” said Liliya Lazepko, expressing her gratitude to Creatio for their recognition, partnership and trust. “Creatio’s products and solutions help us make our business processes more convenient and efficient.
