INTEGRITES Makes Shortlist for Financial Times Innovative Lawyers Awards Europe 2025

17/ 07/ 2025
INTEGRITES has been shortlisted for the FT Innovative Lawyers Awards Europe 2025 in the category Innovative lawyers in unlocking capital. The submission for this category is the case “Participation in the issuance of UAH 400 million asset-backed independently administered corporate bonds by NOVUS”. In September 2024 INTEGRITES reported the completion of the groundbreaking project for NOVUS, top-5 food retail chain and commercial property operator in Ukraine, part of BT Invest (Lithuania). The case has introduced innovation in three aspects: independent administration, mortgage backing and law firm as bond administrator.   INTEGRITES advised NOVUS on the structure of UAH 400 million corporate bonds in Ukraine during martial law and advocated the structure to the capital markets regulator. Having helped non-financing organisations to be eligible for an independent bond administrator status and having been acting as such an administrator, the firm had set a precedent for other actors in the debt securities markets.  The Awards winners will be announced on 18 September 2025 in London. * * * FT Innovative Lawyers Europe 2025 is a prestigious ranking and awards program recognizing top law firms and in-house legal teams across Europe for their originality, leadership, and impact. Submissions are rigorously evaluated through interviews, expert reviews, and benchmarking. The report highlights those using innovation to deliver exceptional value to business and society.
