OECD and KSE event on strengthening Ukraine’s economic resilience

  Natalia Artemchuk, Manager of the European Business Association’s Tax and Customs Committees, took part in the event “Priorities for Securing a Strong and Resilient Ukrainian Economy”, organized by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) in cooperation with the Kyiv School of Economics. The event, held on 7 May in Kyiv, was dedicated to the presentation of the new OECD Economic Survey of Ukraine, prepared with the support of the EU and the United States. The 2025 edition provides a comprehensive assessment of Ukraine’s current economic situation in the context of the ongoing war. Key areas of focus included: macroeconomic and fiscal policy, human capital and labour market development, improving the investment climate, boosting productivity, and expanding export opportunities. Speakers included representatives of the OECD, World Bank, IMF, ILO, think tanks, and the business community. The European Business Association was pleased to take part in this important event, which served as a platform for discussing priorities to strengthen Ukraine’s economic resilience and support its sustainable recovery.
