ConcordBank participated in the project for large taxpayers of the European Business Association

Representatives of ConcordBank (JSC JSCB CONCORD) took part in the first meeting for large taxpayers within the project of the European Business Association (EBA). The Dnipro FinTax Solutions initiative is dedicated to the most relevant and discussed issues in the field of taxation. The project includes four meetings with a direct dialogue between business, the Eastern Interregional Department of the State Tax Service for work with large taxpayers and the Main Department of the State Tax Service in Dnipropetrovsk region. In 2023, CONCORD Bank moved to the category of large taxpayers, having paid more than UAH 151 million in taxes and fees in 2022. According to the results of the first webinar Transfer Pricing, its participants found the opportunity to analyze the most common mistakes made by large companies to be the most useful. In particular, the reasons for disputes and the position of the courts were analyzed on the basis of real cases from court practice. “We support the initiative of the European Business Association to create such a platform for dialogue, where we can study the experience of large taxpayers, examples of situations that occur in the market, and establish mechanisms to avoid mistakes”, – the bank noted. According to CONCORD Bank participants, such events are a useful platform for dialogue, as they allow them to discuss many relevant issues directly with representatives of the State Tax Service. In addition, business representatives get an additional opportunity to learn useful information and clarifications directly from regulators.
