Interlegal lawyers facilitated evidence base aimed to confirm the large transport and forwarding company’s claims against PJSC “Ukrzaliznytsia”. Interlegal associate attorney Dmitri Ochkolias notes, “Having analyzed the current market situation, aggregate claim amount against PJSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” (some experts evaluate it as 3 billion UAH), recently declared position of the Ministry of Infrastructure new management, we may indicate quite a high probability of liquidating monopoly in short/mid-term, followed by incorporating several enterprises instead a single one, from the green field”. It is well known that in case of making decision on liquidation, time limits for creditors’ claims may be missed.
